Exact joint angles determine force orientation, while a fixed center of mass relative to the base maintains balance, and angular velocity helps predict stability.

The COD LAB philosophy prioritizes ‘body feels’ over verbal explanations. We design environments that act as biological mirrors – if the geometry is wrong, the physics will refuse to cooperate.

We refuse the marketing of ‘guaranteed speed’ or ‘assured agility’. Such claims are intellectually dishonest. What we provide is a rigorous framework of movement physics. The outcome is a variable dictated by the athlete’s commitment to the geometry. Our role is the preservation of the system’s integrity, not the fabrication of promises.
